1. Return Window: We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Return Shipping Cost: Aurique Studio will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. We will provide a free prepaid return label.
• Resolution: You may choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement item.
3. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind): We gladly accept returns for non-defective items if you have changed your mind or wish to return a product.
• Return Shipping Cost: For non-defective returns or change-of-mind cases, the customer is responsible for paying a flat Rs. 200 standard delivery charge for shipping the item back.

5. Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
